Due to recent announcements by the Australian and New Zealand Governments, Russell Howards “Respite" tour has been rescheduled.

The new date for the Christchurch Town Hall show is Monday 25 January 2021.

Existing tickets will be honoured for the new tour date.

For current ticket holders who are unable to attend their rescheduled show, refunds are also available.

Ticketholders wanting a refund should submit a request to online@ticketek.co.nz by Thursday 25 June at 5pm.

Tickets purchased online by credit or debit card will be refunded in full (including ticket insurance premium, if relevant) and patrons do not need to take any action. Patrons should allow up to 30 working days for the refund to appear in their account.

If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or the card has expired, please supply us with updated bank details online@ticketek.co.nz in order to process your refund.

If you do not provide the correct details, we will be unable to refund your tickets.

Patrons who purchased tickets in an Agency will receive a full refund to a bank account, upon the provision of bank account details. You can provide these details online@ticketek.co.nz.

Please note for PCI compliance reasons we cannot accept credit card details via email. Please only provide bank details, or request a call back to provide credit card details. Please note there is currently a 5 business day maximum timeframe for callbacks.
