The first of its kind in Taupō, and over the bank holiday weekend, this fabulous festival features New Zealand’s finest musicians. A smorgasbord of genres: from Dixieland, Trad, Big Band, Klezmer, Contemporary and Swing to captivating speakers covering the iconic moments in the history of Jazz.
Taupō (pronounced ‘toe-paw’) is located in the middle of New Zealand’s North Island and is guaranteed to delight. Taupō boasts hot springs and the Huka falls, as well as skydiving and Lake cruises. Nearby is Rotorua, with its geothermal activity: geysers and hot mud pools, as well as the unforgettable odour of sulphur.
